In April 2013, Samsung introduced the Xpress SL-M2600 and SML-M2800 line of monochrome laser printers, made up of the SL-M2625, SL-M2825 printers and SL-M2675 and SL-M2825 MFPs. OEM-rated print speeds ranged from 26 pages per minute (ppm) to 29 ppm. The SL-M2626 printer, SL-M2676 MFP and SL-M2876 MFP followed in July 2013, with a print speed of from 26 ppm to 28 ppm. A duty cycle of 12,000 pages per month was listed for all seven models.
The standard supplies set is made up of a toner cartridge and separate drum unit. Replacement toner cartridges are available in 1,200 and 3,000 page yield versions, depending upon the region purchased in, and all require a chip for correct printer operation. Drum units are rated at 9,000 page yield.
